We purchase (and hold in trust) one domain name per site. One is enough for most clients, but if you’d like extras, we’ll invoice you annually for any additional domains.
Your site will come with a Digital Certificate. This creates a secure link between your site and any visitor's browser. It ensures the data passed between the two remains private and secure.
Your monthly subscription fee entitles you to 10 minutes of monthly updates. This typically gives us enough time to publish a blog post, update your contact details, change your banner image, or perform a few small content tweaks. For 99% of our clients, this means there are never any additional fees.
If you'd like to change something that doesn't fall within this time frame, we'll let you know up front and provide you with a quote.
